✤Body✤ 減肥沒有捷徑!

今天                                                            
讓我們來談談營養學( ′-`)y-~                                                   
我說大家真的不要點進去看奇摩首頁的仙女餐部落格                                  
根本都在亂教會害死一堆人                                                        
減肥沒有捷徑所以這篇先修正一下錯誤觀念就好了                                    
                                                                                
一天800卡/1000卡/1200卡                                                         
拜託吃那麼少是要作仙膩?                                                         
一堆人說不會啊我覺得好有飽足感喔不會餓啊                                        
如果到了幾乎沒有饑餓感的一天那就真的糟糕了(恭喜成仙!)                           
                                                                                
基礎代謝率(基代)是瞎咪?                                                         
指的是一整天只有呼吸眨眼當個植物也會消耗掉的熱量                                
把年齡體重身高代進公式計算                                                      
:655+(9.6*)+(1.8*)-(4.7*)                                       
                                                   ↑↑↑↑                                        
                                                     所以年紀越大代謝越差是這樣來低                   
不一樣喔                                                    
基代*活動係數(臥床1.2/輕度活動1.3/中度活動1.4)=每日所需熱量                     
                                                                                
想減肥的人請這樣吃:基代<<每日所需熱量                            
                                                                                
舉個例子                                                                        
大嬸用公式算出來的基代是1350大卡                                                
他每天發發文.看看wiki.編輯我的最愛 推算他是輕度活動                                 
所以1350*1.3=1755大卡                                                           
那麼大嬸想減肥的話每天就要吃1350~1755大卡之間                                  
既可以存活又不會超過所需熱量變成couch sweet potatoe                             
                                                                                
那這樣吃越少不是越好??                                                          
每天吃800卡 800-1755=955 吃三天就瘦了!                                          
                                                                                
那這樣就沒胖子啦( ′-`)y-~                                                     
身體很聰明會以為現在是戰亂時代鬧饑荒沒得吃                                      
所以會自動下修基代 那下修會怎樣?                                                
                                                                                
本來基代是1350→1200→1000→800→600....                                        
基代一直到只剩600的話金價五告摳連!                                              
600*1.3=780 所以他吃800卡等於20!                                        
這也就是為什麼吃很少還是瘦不下來的原因了....

補充一下好了                                                                    
可能有些人天生就是很懶的運動                                                    
而且運動減重的效果真的很慢很慢很慢(如果沒特別少吃                               
                                                                                
不過如果不是胖到不能看我是覺得慢慢來好一點啦

現實的是                                                                        
同樣是50公斤的人                                                                
不同的方法可能會出現兩種情況                                                    
                                                                                
少吃瘦下來的 "什麼!!你才50公斤?"                                                
運動瘦下來的 "什麼!!你有50公斤?"                                                
                                                                                
我自己是覺得後面那句聽了比較爽啦( ̄ε ̄)                                        
                                                                                
運動也不用把自己累個半死                                                        
以前講的333是每週3天 每次30分鐘 心跳130                                         
但要持續30分鐘對某些人而言真的沒那麼多時間                                      
現在另一個說法是每週5天 每天累積30分鐘也是可以                                  
不過還是要到稍微有點喘的程度                                                    
幻想跟idol牽手散步哪種不算運動!                ←這絕對是針對迷妹XDDDDD
